Mike: Oh and I forgot I talked to the owner of one lodge last night and he said the animals you could hunt there include weasel. I am not saying that we should necessarily go weasel hunting, but if we choose a place that gives you the possibility of shooting a weasel, then that definitely is a big plus.
Me: We may have a winner on the weasel hunt there Mike. I'd feel pretty good about bagging 4-5 weasels over a weekend.

I feel sorry for any kids whose parents buy this. ... →
Is it common for parents to track their kids online activity? Not just the sites they visit, but the conversations they have? I can’t imagine my parents trying to control my email account growing up, or snooping around my ICQ chat logs. Hopefully kids will learn how to get this software off their computer. In fact, I’d like to see if there is a company that would run a check on...

2009 Top Ten Fantasy Baseball Players
I’ve been doing a bit of research for the upcoming fantasy baseball season. I play in a standard 5x5 10 team rotissierie league. Here is how I think the first round of the draft should go (note - pitchers rarely go in the first round in fantasy drafts):
Hanley Ramirez - Has reportedly bulked up to 225 lbs. Not sure how that will effect his steals, but it should help his HR’s...

Blip.fm
I’ve been having a lot of fun on Blip.fm lately. It’s interesting to see how new music services eat into the time you used to spend on others. Blip.fm has directly taken up time I used to spend on Hypem.com. Neither of these effect the time I spend in iTunes or Last.fm.
It appears Blip and Hypem are cleverly skirting the legal issues with listening to music on demand. Both are...

A bunch of message boards to try and fill out gaps in league membership, solicit trade/draft advice, and bitch about a broken draft application. I’m very happy I don’t give CBS Sportsline any money.
URL Hacks to Launch Web Services
thegongshow:
I don’t know exactly how to describe this, but I really like this new pattern in web services of adding something to a URL in order to use a web service. Perhaps this is best described through two examples:
If you put “http://bacolicio.us/” (no quotes) in front of a URL, it will put a piece of bacon on the website. Example: http://bacolicio.us/http://thegongshow.tumblr.com/
