One of the things I hope we nail at CHALQ is a way to manage multiple fantasy teams.

More than 2.  I want to have 6-10 football teams and have it not take me 2 hours a day to manage.  When I set out to promote CHALQ and get people I am close to excited about playing, I think I will be starting and joining a huge number of leagues.  I want to be able to stay competitive in all of them.  No one likes being in a fantasy league where people give up and don’t pay attention.  In order to make sure I am not one of those guys we have to perfect this one feature.

I played in 3 Yahoo! leagues and 1 ESPN league this year in football.  I think the previous 3-4 years I have played in only 2 leagues.  This year it totally overwhelmed me and I did horrible in all 4 leagues.  Yahoo! is not set up well to allow me to manage all 3 of my teams in a time efficient manner.  It is extremely time consuming to switch from league to leauge to update my rosters and try to make waiver moves.  Plus, I found myself not wanting to play on Yahoo! at all after I got a taste of ESPN’s free stat tracker.  Yahoo just became a total pain.

So how can CHALQ make managing multiple teams easier:

1. The Radar.  Think of this as a fantasy news feeds where you get alerts from all of your teams in one place.  These would include trade requests, alerts that a certain player is not starting, injury notes etc… And the key is letting the user perform an action from this interface. (Yahoo does something kind of like this)
2. Allow importing.  Of leagues and teams.  Get everything under one roof.
3. Free Agent/Waiver moves that can effect all of your teams.  Allow me to pick someone up for more than one team at a time. 
4. Mobile - Roster moves from your phone should be easy and take 3 steps.  See text message - Confirm or Reject .  Send Message.
