Lijit may be overkill for Tumblr.  I haven’t been able to fit it in exactly where I would like to but I do like the idea having search on the blog.  It doesn’t search comments which I would like it to, but beyond that the search results seem relevant and fast.

In addition to search, Lijit offers me analytics on how people are using my blog.  I’ll give it a few days until I have enough data to really check out those features.

Is this total overkill?
