This is the NFL.com fantasy solution for adding and dropping players.  I can’t think of a worse way to do this.  Even if you try to pick up a player from the more visually pleasing free agent page, it brings you back to this screen.  There needs to be a process of selecting a player to a list.  The list can be one player or multiple players.  The players can be added and removed.  You can do this all from the normal free agent view, not some alphabetical list that takes forever to scroll through.  This is annoying.
